Return and Refund policy:

• You can request to return purchased product within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

Category	Conditions
Correct Product	The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag, care tag.
Complete Product	If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Unused Product	The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Undamaged Product	Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
MRP tag	Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.

3. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
4. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
6. The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
7. To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks.
8. Please ensure that Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd. is handed over to the logistics partner as Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible in case wrong/different brand product is given and we will not be able to return the same.

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he/she has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of  Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd. . The Website. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him/her.

Limited User:

The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Website is not permitted and any action is intervention shall result in prosecution under the relevant provision of applicable laws.

Shipping:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon https://www.beblakids.com  shipment to the shipping carrier.

Delivery:

Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd.. will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to

• Bad weather
• Flight delays
• Political disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

Termination:

Unauthorized Charges on your card

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t placed the order. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd.. to begin an investigation.

Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Joymax retails Pvt. Ltd.. The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

• Misuse of another customer’s phone/email
• Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
• Overuse of a voucher code

• Customer returns the wrong product
• Customer refuses to pay for an order
• Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order

The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:

• Customer with a very high return rate
• Invalid/Incomplete address cases
• Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues like delay etc.

Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.

Return and Refund policy:

1. The return request must be raised with us within 10 days from the date you receive your order. (except those mentioned in point ‘6’ below).

3. While raising a return request, you will need to send/upload clear pictures of the garment, price tag and care tag for the return request to be validated.

4. We reserve the right to not accept return of products which (i) are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). or (iii) care tag not to be broken or removed from the product. While rejecting a return, we also take in consideration the garment pictures and videos of the packaging of the shipment. 

6. Your right to return the product shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so take care of the products(s) while in your possession.

7. Items must be in their original condition and include all tags/labels. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost.

9. Please note it is not possible, to return items from different orders together. Therefore, you will have to request a return for each order and send them separately.

10. Please ensure that only the original brand product is handed over to the logistics partner, we will not be responsible in case any wrong/different brand product is given.

11. Please note return will be processed once the goods arrive at our premises and undergoes the required quality check. Once completed, you will receive a communication with the details of the return.

12. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be further initiated. Also, please note that there will be no possibility of sending back the wrong, defective, incomplete and other brand garments post the shipment gets rejected at the warehouse.

13. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. However, if you have selected Cash on Delivery upon the original sale, the refund will be made to the bank details filled by you while placing return request or on the bank detail link sent. Please note, brand is not liable for any errors while submitting the bank details.

14. Once the refund has been made, we will send you a communication with UTR. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

15. Brand will not be liable to reissue/refund any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher).

16. In exceptional cases we might ask you to Self-Send the shipment as our delivery partners might not be serviceable on that pin code momentarily. In such cases, you will need to submit the courier bill to avail a maximum amount of INR 160 will be refunded for each shipment.

• In case a customer returns an order after delivery, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, only Rs 100 will be refunded for the same.
