Are your clothes machine-washable?
Yes, all our clothes are machine-washable. Please refer to the care instructions on the label for the best results and to maintain the longevity of the garments.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
In normal circumstances, BeblaKids delivers orders within 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays). Most orders across India are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch.
Which logistics companies do you use for delivery?
We partner with reputed logistics companies like Delhivery, FedEx, and Shiprocket to ensure your order is delivered in good condition and in the shortest time possible.
What happens if I'm unavailable to receive the delivery?
We will make a maximum of three delivery attempts to reach you. If you remain unavailable after three attempts, BeblaKids reserves the right to cancel the order.
Can I place another Cash on Delivery (COD) order if I have an undelivered COD order?
No, if you have an undelivered COD order, you will not be able to place another COD order until the previous one is resolved.
